Additional Information:

• This error code most often indicates that play of downloaded software was paused because your Nintendo Account was used to play downloadable content on another console.
• This will not occur when using a Nintendo Account's pass-enabled console because a Nintendo Account's downloadable content cannot be started on other consoles when it is being used on the pass-enabled console.

What to Do:

• Discontinue use of your Nintendo Account and its associated downloadable content from any other console, and then resume the suspended software from the HOME Menu.
  • If you do not have access to the other consoles where you previously linked your Nintendo Account, it is recommended you change your Nintendo Account password to make sure your Nintendo Account is no longer accessible on these consoles.
• To prevent play from being suspended on this console, load the game you are trying to play as a virtual game card instead of using the online licence feature.
